Yummy Yards is an urban farm that started farming back yards and unused urban areas and now also rent two acres of land in Richmond, BC. They wanted a logo that would represent the friendly down-to-earth nature of their work.
Participants in their group receive a share of whatever was harvested from their farms and gardens – delivered to their door each week. Yummy Yards produces a variety of vegetables, flowers, and herbs and also raises chicken and bees for eggs and honey. They farm naturally with no pesticides or synthetic fertilizers.
